  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cups of almond flour

  1. Simply melt the butter and then add the granulated sweetener, almond flour, and lemon zest until it’s fully combined. 
  2. Form the dough into a cylinder and wrap it with plastic wrap. Put it in a freezer for about half an hour until it is firm and slice it into cookies with a sharp knife.
  3. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 350°F.
