  • 2 Slices whole-grain bread
  • 4 slices goat cheese
  • 1/2 mango, sliced
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp. basil leaves


  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Place the sliced cheese and mango on the toast and drizzle with honey.
  3. To serve, season with salt and garnish with basil leaves.
