  • 200g/7 ounce Okra, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add red onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomato paste. Sauté until aromatic.
  3. Add curry powder and roast briefly.
  4. Add water and okra.
  5. Simmer for 7 minutes.
