But clearly we aren’t talking about biting into a stick of butter, oh no, we are talking about something altogether amazing.

If you struggle with sugar you should know you can have a treat now and then, these fat bombs are great for those times when your sugar cravings kicks in and your will power is dwindling.

Fat bombs are great replacement for our traditional snacking habits, these are mostly made of good fats, and in and other healthy ingredients without boat loads of sugar. These are great for kids and adults, have few fat bombs and you’ll never run out of energy or ever fall pray to hunger pangs.

In case you do not have the mentioned sugar alternative handy with you then you can replace them with others but you might need to reconsider the measurement as alternatives like stevia, erythritol, monk fruit etc has different sweetening effects but you can easily make your adjustments.

Just make sure to use keto-friendly sweetness that does not spike your blood sugar levels. My favorite is Erythritol because it does not spike your insulin, and has a natural sweet taste to it.

Erythritol is about 70% as sweet as normal table sugar whereas other keto-friendly sweeteners like monk fruit and stevia are usually much sweeter than sugar.

Note: No, you cannot use coconut sugar in keto fat bombs, it will defeat all the purpose and benefits of having keto fat bombs.
